I was very pleasantly surprised by how gluten friendly the Lunds & Byerlys Minnesota Grille was. I saw a GF hamburger bun and started asking about cross contamination. The server totally knew her stuff and said that they change gloves, and use clean cooking surfaces and utensils. Furthermore, I was able to order sweet potato fries from their GF fryer, and could have had a piece of GF chocolate cake. I felt great after the meal and can't wait to go back!
