Review of Lupe Tortilla

Our family of 11 visited your restaurant Sunday, August 24. We arrived about 1:15 and waited outside until after 2:00. We noticed several empty tables while we were waiting. It was extremely hot. We had out of town friends who had never been to Lupe Tortilla's. We noticed that the water and ice tea tasted strange (my daughter said it tasted like dirty water). We have always been pleased with the food and service but this day it was not acceptable. On top of that, our friend became quite ill before we got home. We think it could have been food poisoning. I think you should be aware of this experience and also that we will not be coming back to this particular restaurant again. I rarely write such a review of a restaurant but this time I thought it was necessary.
