Lux Perpetua Coffee

We stopped in on our way out of Seattle, and it was only a few miles (2 maybe?) off of I-5. They had one gluten free breakfast sandwich, individually packaged. They had a microwave to heat up the sandwich, and it was good! Nice option for a quick grab and go.

Justin was so helpful and knowledgeable when trying to get me something to accommodate my diet. They have grab n go breakfast sandwiches that are gluten free (say they’re processed in a facility with gluten but you know they have to say that) and assured me that he was in constant contact with the person who makes the sandwiches to ensure the highest quality gluten free ingredients and no cross contamination.
