Bummer. They’ve changed their dosa recipe very recently to include “10 percent” wheat flour to make the dosa softer. To me, the dosa were fine the way they were without the flour. So we couldn’t eat the dosa now, a big disappointment. It was nice the waiter checked this for us without us asking after we mentioned we are GF. They can tell you which dishes face gluten. Still very good food just dosa out the window!

I really enjoy the food here and there’s tons of GF options. Staff can tell you what has flour/wheat and what doesn’t. I’ve had curry and biryani here with no issues.

Indian restaurant with great authentic food. Giant GF dosa land. I mean, their dosas are the size of a flying carpet. They are delicious. No items are marked on the menu, but if you find and ask the manager they’ll tell you the ingredients, what surfaces your food will come in contact with and they will clean surfaces and pans. We asked the manager about ingredients, he broke it all down for us, rattled it off, he knew his ingredients well. We avoided the fried things, we have eaten here plenty of times, and have done well with the food. We were happy to talk directly to the manager because when we first called the person that answered the phone claimed to have no GF food but we knew and confirmed in person that it was not the case. Obviously a risk of cross contamination. Good to ask questions about the ingredients of a specific order.
