Review of Mabe's Pizza

Great tasting pizza. Only the crust is certifiably gluten free, so you need to make sure to check the toppings. No separate preparation area that I could discern. I ate the pizza w/ no ill side effect, but was concerned about cross contamination. Tightening up the gaps in the gluten free protocol could take this rating from a three to a five in a nanosecond.
