Review of Mac! Mac & Cheesery

Front of house staff not knowledgable about ingredients - citing "proprietary recipe" when questioned about ingredients. Um... It's a Mac & Cheese place. Unable to work with the GF/Vegan combo with confidence and especially regarding child-sized portions. We had a variety of menu items at the table and everything (except the salad) was overly peppered. Will give this a pass in the future & tuck in at the Laughing Planet, Mississippi Pizza or Por Que Non in the future.
