Review of Macayo's

They didn't have a printed gluten free menus but Eddie came out from the kitchen and went entire the whole menu with me. Explained that they have two different corn tortillas and one has gluten. Knew the ingredients in all the sauces and helped me pick out something I wouldn't have thought I could have. He stayed past his shift to cook it himself and minimize the cross contamination. I was impressed with his knowledge of gluten allergies, celiac, and cross contamination. I now have a much wider selection to eat here and know just how to ask for it to be prepared. I will be back!
