If you are looking for a trek company that will provide great food options that cater to your dietary needs, go with this company! I did the 5day, 4 night Salkantay Trek as a gluten-free vegetarian and I always had options (there was one rushed breakfast where I did not but I choose to just eat a protein bar instead). My options were varied & delicious! I always just checked in with my guide at meals to see what was gf! If he did not know 100% he would go directly to the chef to ask. Big shoutout to Anthony (our guide) & Raul (our chef)!! ¡Gracias por todo!
