Waitress and Chef confirmed that the pizza is not Celiac safe. The oven has a blower and blows flour over everything in the oven. He recommends either the Tuscan Penne pasta or a salad. The pasta comes in its own pouch and is microwaved. I appreciated them being honest and helping us find a safe solution.
