MacPhails was a great stop for breakfast sandwiches! They can also make the non-fried sandwiches gluten free. It’s a small menu overall so there’s not a ton of options but it’s perfect for breakfast or lunch or a small dinner down by the water.

I got a lobster roll on gluten free bread and it was DELICIOUS. Best gf lobster roll I had on the entire trip!! They actually buttered the bread and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend
