First time going and it was explained they make gluten free items once a month (after cleaning down the kitchen) then store it in a fridge. The specialty coffee drink was amazing along with the gluten free cheese cake.

When I went they only had one GF option but I've been told most of the time they have more. I got a trail bar. It was really good. The owners daughter has celiac and she has developed her own flour blend. I would love to go back a try some other GF treats.
