Mad Coffee and Bagels

Went here for coffee, and encountered an employee educated on celiac and gluten free! They immediately offered to look at their syrups to confirm gluten free. They have Canyon House gf bread available to make sandwiches, which we ordered and requested cross-contamination reduction protocols which the employee immediately indicated they would provide. They also have a variety of smoothies that are gluten free.
