I ordered the Mad Greek salad with chicken souvlaki after talking with Haley B. She said that the pork and chicken souvlaki’s marinades and seasonings were safe. They pulled separate toppings out for me that hadn’t been touched for my salad. She said that the lady that preps the veggies each day changes her gloves before and after prep to prevent cross contamination. She made sure that the kitchen staff knew the change gloves, use a separate pan for the chicken and use different utensils. She said that the cook top is shared with pitas so this would be the safest option. Dressing was also gluten free. They don’t have a menu but they are knowledgeable enough to let you know what is gluten free. Super good food and I’m already looking forward to going back.
