We always buy the small individual tubs of ice cream, just to be extra safe, and have never had an issue. Love that we can still get quality ice cream that is GF.

Staff were friendly and knowledgable. For my order, they thoroughly cleaned the scooper and scraped the top layer of ice cream off before scooping. They also mentioned that if I still wasn't comfortable with the open tubs, that the take-home pints and dispensable soft serve were safer alternatives. The ice cream was rich and creamy with creative flavours, super satisfying!

Staff were knowledgeable about their gf products and took great care cleaning the scoops and using fresh ice cream (new tubs). Very friendly and accommodating.

My fiancée is celiac, and when she asked the staff to use a new scoop and a new tub, they said they could only scrape the top layer of an existing tub. So they aren’t fully capable to cater to celiac individuals here. However, the soft serve is from a separate machine and is gluten free (and delicious!) so there is still one safe option.
