In November 2022, I stayed at Boardwalk Boutique Hotel, which shares beach service with the Ritz Carlton. Every day we went to the beach we had the Ritz beach service, which was provided by Madero Pool and Beach Grill. I can’t say enough good things. I had the club sandwich with fruit multiple days, and the Cobb salad several days as well, in addition to fun, fruity drinks. It’s fun having your food brought to you on a Segway 😛 and not having to leave the beach! The GF bread was very good, and I never got sick.

The pool bar at the Ritz Carlton is fantastic for Gluten Free options and I’m celiac so I’m confident there was no cross contamination.
Talk to Jorge, he’s a great bartender and knows the importance of gluten free.
Bc I knew Jorge would keep me safe we ate must lunches and snacks here. I had a cheeseburger on a gluten free bun, grilled chicken nachos, shrimp tacos, chicken wings and French fried.
Great service, good food and 100% safe for celiac!

They serve food to guests on the beach during the day. I had the beef tacos and sweet potato fries and all of it was delicious! Server was very knowledgeable and knew how to modify dishes to make them safe.

I have been to a lot of high end restaurants in Aruba. We didn’t have reservations one night and this restaurant was in our hotel and we were able to get a seat. I can’t eat dairy, soy or gluten. The chef came out to speak to me to find out about my allergies, and helped me choose a meal. He was wonderful!I’m not sure if it was gluten free bread or rolls, but one of them was offered. It’s baked locally and he wasn’t sure about the dairy or soy so I didn’t have any, but this was the first restaurant that I’ve been to that offered it. Only one other restaurant had a gluten free bread before the meal and it might of been UDI’s sandwich bread lightly toasted with maybe some cinnamon on it (high end restaurant too).My husband can eat gluten and they serve a complimentary dish before your meal that he really enjoyed. I was able to eat something on there and if I could of had the GF bread I probably could of had the spread with it.Make reservations for seating outside. It’s beautiful! There is a great gas fire pit and live music from the hotel. Our food was wonderful! Enjoy!

Had the fish tacos based on other reviews on Yelp and they were very good, served on lightly fried or grilled corn gorillas. Several items on the menu marked GF. They offer bread as an option, plain GF white bread, no buns but good lunch. My husband has the lobster salad and it was good also, tacos are better though.
