I eat here all the time - I love it. They say their chips are fried in a separate fryer, and I get their enchiladas with queso on top (the red enchilada sauce does contain flour). I let them know about the allergy when I order and the servers note it for the kitchen so they can take precautions. I will say I often feel sick after eating here, but so do a lot of the people I eat with so I have a feeling it’s due to the obscene amount of chips and queso we consume, plus their very strong margs, and not due to contamination. Half-priced margs on Thursdays!
