Madi had a decent amount of options for GF, but most were more lunchy than brunchy. The build your own bowls section is what I ended up doing. Built my own carnitas bowl with a side of fruit. Did not confirm protocols with the wait staff aside from them saying what I ordered would be safe. I did not get sick 🤙🏼

Celiac

I had called in before dining here and was told that they could make “almost any menu item gluten free.” When I actually went to the restaurant and spoke to my server, they told me that almost all menu items are made on the same surface and so there are no safe cross contamination free options. Their fryer is also a shared fryer, so the potatoes were not safe. Since I couldn’t get anything on the menu I ended up ordering 2 scrambled eggs and asked that it be made in its own pan. I also ordered a side of fruit. Both were good!

Definitely wish there were more safe options but I appreciate my server being knowledgeable about CC. If your someone with gluten sensitivity, not celiac, you will have more options here.
