Madurai Kitchen opened this past year and they have really excellent South Indian cuisine. They offer dosas that are gluten free (there’s a special dosa night on Thursday). There are also other great options too. The staff is kind and makes a huge effort to answer questions and make you comfortable. They just added gf markers to their menu. I have only had the dosas, and have never gotten sick. Because dosas are cooked on their own griddle, there is less issue with cross contamination.
