How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

The folks were very knowledgeable about all ingredients and cooking preparations and were quick to change gloves prior to scooping my food. The only gluten containing item is the mac n cheese, which is on the same line as the other items, making it risky for cross contamination. However, they were quick to offer a scoop of food from a fresh pan in the back to minimize any risk.

A build your own bowl experience, everything gluten free including cookies. Manager said they can accommodate almost any allergy. Was great and delicious!!
