Mae’s is a great spot! So inviting and the staff is very kind and helpful! A good amount of the menu can be made GF & these are mostly indicated in the menu. Almost all of the sandwiches actually can be made GF, except the Fried Chicken sandwich. These, however, are not indicated with the symbol like the rest of the menu. Fries are in a shared fryer, but they have chips & salad options too.

Stopped today but left because the waitress indicated there’s no guarantee that cross contamination can be avoided. She thought the only safe options were the oatmeal and yogurt.

I went to Mae's for the first time today and it was the best lunch I have had in a very long time! They have delicious GF rolls for sandwiches and a separate fryer for fries. The food was so fresh and delicious!. The service was excellent and our server was very knowledgeable about gluten contamination. Best of all, I did not get sick. I highly recommend and will definitely go back!
