Showed the waiter/owner Christian (?) my gluten free dining card and he completely understood what I could and couldn't eat. His English was also very good. The food was excellent. Grilled meats prepared over a wood fire. My son had the chicken, I had the ribs and my husband had the catch of the day - all simply prepared and delicious. Served with a Mexican corn dish on the side. They brought crisp corn tortillas for the two of us who could not eat their bread, and a new jar of house made chummichuri to put on the tortilla to avoid CC. It was delicious. Great on the meat as well. The absolute best part about the experience was the ambience. Like having dinner in a secret spot under the trees with an open kitchen and a musician playing guitar and singing. It was amazing. And they have a resident dog, Kika. Couldnt have been better.
