Asymptomatic Celiac

Server was knowledgeable enough to warn us that everything is cross contaminated. Server didn't have an issue with celiac in the large party having their own food, but manager came over and kicked her out. Tried to talk to manager about celiac and she wasn't having any of it. Celiac cannot eat here, cannot bring food. Don't recommend.

Made me sick. Not super bad, but there was still some sort of cc. They let me know the enchiladas were gf. Had that and a side of corn tortillas with the rice and black beans.

Walked up, spoke with a host and hostess to inquire about gf options and they seemed totally spacey and out of it...staring off at the skyline, saying huh. Asked to speak with the server, who informed us EVERYTHING is gf. Finally spoke to a manager, who seemed receptive, no dedicated fryer, and only some meats and shells were gf. No confidence in the staff and no way would trust this place.

We had dinner on the beach by the water. Based on the waiter’s responses to my questions I felt like he was knowledgeable about celiac. My tacos were delicious. The chips are not safe, but he brought me steamed tortillas that were great with the salsas. I recommend this restaurant.

Tacos are safe and delicious. Chips are not celiac friendly, as they don’t have a separate fryer. Food is really good here!

Highly recommend. All of their Mexican food uses corn tortillas - so the tortillas with queso fundida are gf, enchiladas are gf, tacos are gf. The only gluten tortillas in the entire restaurant are used on their cheeseburger. Waitress very knowledgeable and happy to check in kitchen when asked about a different allergen question from our table. We ate with some foodies who aren’t GF who were really pleased with the food and we (GF) were happy too. Super tasty.

No GF options were marked on the menu, but I was able to ask the server if she could recommend anything. She said pretty much everything is safe except for fried items. She also said the cooking staff is really good about keeping everything clean for those with accommodations. I had the chicken street tacos with beans only on the side (no Mexican rice, wasn’t sure if theirs had gluten in it) Overall was happy.
