Magic Waffle

I agree with the other reviews. The staff knows what celiac disease is and takes special precautions. But a few other random points - the portion of waffle fries, even large size, is smaller than you might expect. And the "breakfast" menu, which is all the non-desert food, is available all day. Really interesting combinations I'd have never thought to have in a waffle sandwich!

GF bubble and Belgian waffles (regular size and mini). Highly customizable menu. Dedicated air fryer for GF waffle fries. GF bacon and GF ham. Owner is well aware of GF issues. Heads up: presses are not dedicated to GF waffle mix; they will clean the waffle surface but use the same waffle makers for GF and non GF waffles. The waffle makers are on the counter in plain sight so you can watch this process yourself. Nice, hard working owners. Cute area to sit in the back with two hanging basket chairs.

This place is so good! Owner is knowledgeable on celiac and asks if it's an allergy to take precautions. I've had a savory sandwich and the waffle cone with ice cream and both were delicious. The waffle is very heavy though so come hungry!

This place is yummy, with a wide variety of flavors to add to your gluten free/vegan waffle. It’s better than any GF waffle I’ve ever had.

I ordered the magic breakfast waffle, minus the bacon, because he couldn’t guarantee it was GF. The ham was GF, and the sandwich/ wrap was delicious.
