Alle Pizzen können auch glutenfrei zubereitet werden. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hat uns erklärt, dass sie sich mit Zöliakie sehr gut auskennen, da seine Schwester auch hiervon betroffen sei. Sie achten in der Küche also auch stark auf Kontaminationen. Die Pizza schmeckt sehr lecker und der Teig ist fluffig. Für eine glutenfreie Pizza sehr zu empfehlen.
