While this place is not completely gluten-free, the staff is extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. Most of the dishes are naturally gluten-free and they are able to adapt those that are not. There is no dedicated kitchen, but they do their best to provide a safe eating experience. Amazing meat sushi!
