Fantastic dining experience! This was our first trip to Charleston and I have celiac disease, so I relied on the reviews here on FMGF. I was not disappointed--in fact, I was overjoyed.

The waiter was very knowledgeable, attentive and courteous and the drinks were generous pours. The place is lovely inside and the GF menu is extensive. The GF bread was very good (and we all know that can be a disappointment) and I appreciated the fact that the waiter said to us"please slice the bread yourself as we are not supposed to handle it. "(good training in avoiding cross contamination!)

Our salads were crisp and dressed perfectly. The hubs had the pulled pork dinner (delicious!) and I had the parmesan flounder. Mine was a bit overcooked, truth be told, but it did not take away from my enjoyment. So many delicious flavors in that dish and the veggies are locally sourced.

And the creme brulee was fabulous.

HIGHLY recommend treating yourselves to this wonderful restaurant. It's truly a celiac's dream--excellent food, vast menu, respectful staff and no worries while dining. Worth every penny.
