I had the kale apple salad which they said was gluten free. Shared fryers. Seems like salads may be your only option here.
They have a dedicated fryer and an employee with celiac who has trained the staff on our requirements. They say most things on their menu can be made gluten free. Had to ask
The staff seemed very knowledgeable. The fries are cooked in the same oil as their fried breaded items, but I’m not very sensitive so that was fine for me.
Called ahead to inquire about their practices, and was assured that they could do a burger or sandwich cooked on a separate frying pan with a GF bun. The server who took my order was unsure, but the manager came over to reassure me. My burger came out with grill marks so I took it back, the manager apologized profusely, and had them make it again. No immediate reaction, so fingers crossed!
