I’ve celiac disease and have eaten here successfully two or three times now. No gluten-free fryer but they substitute a salad and the dressings are premade packets, so no cross contamination. I’ve only ordered the hamburger with gluten-free bun but it’s very tasty and I feel comfortable eating here

Little local bar but had a great burger. No dedicated frier and the staff wasn’t sure about the rice flour used for their pinsas making it totally gluten free but they were very accommodating and nice. Their patio was under construction when we were there but it looks like it will be awesome when it’s done
