Not celiac friendly. Does not currently have a dedicated gluten free deep fryer. Person taking orders reported that they use the same prep areas/surfaces for all food and that there is no way to control for cross contamination. Greatly appreciate them telling me they can't handle cross contamination upfront.

So glad we stopped! I went in very unsure that they knew how to handle my food, but i started looking through their menu and was happy to see gluten free markers by the items that were naturally gluten free. They make all the food from scratch and know exactly what is in it and can make modifications for some. They have dedicated fryers for gluten free stuff. The man who took my order was very reassuring that they knew exactly what I could have. I had chicken enchiladas and steak nachos. Both were very good. We have already decided on our way back home we are stopping there again!
