They had made my Habachi in the kitchen. I’ve been to other Habachi where they have messed up with the soy sauce, but this place did an amazing job making mine and not getting sick. Would recommend for gluten free people

When I informed the staff of my allergy, they let me know that only the hosomaki and nigiri could be made gluten-free, as they were unsure of what was in the sauces of the other dishes. The sushi that I had was tasty.
