I’ve eaten here multiple times and never gotten sick. Over 95% of the menu is naturally gluten-free and dairy-free. However, they do have wheat flour in the kitchen for one kind of bread that’s made from it. Always make it a point to speak with the manager or chef before you place an order. If you’re a celiac, let them know to be careful about cross-contamination when you order the appams. All appams are made of rice flour but if you tell them to be careful, they’ll make sure yours is made separately as the breads area is common.

Excellent Malayali food, Had a great meal there, they cooked all GF items separately for us. Do speak to the manager Mr.James before heading there just to ensure they can accommodate you safely and as always make sure to mention it to your server.
