They showed me their “dedicated gluten free area” with a dedicated sauce. I was uncomfortable as I ate watching them put down boxes and cut all the regular pizza in the “dedicated gluten free area”

Pretty good, seems like a frozen pizza crust. Different chefs, sometimes the pizza doesn’t effect me at all other days with other chefs can really bother my stomach.

Called in advance to ask about the GF pizza based on the positive reviews here. Received very good response to how they prepare to avoid cross-contamination. My celiac daughter loved the pizza. If we are ever in this neck of the woods again would definitely return.

Amazing pizza! Best thicker crust gluten free pizza and it re-heats well! We saw a previous review and thought we would give it a try while on our trip this weekend and my daughter (celiac) was so happy! My husband (not gluten free) said you would never know it was gluten free as it tasted great!

The only thicker crust GF pizza we've found. Excellent! We eat it once a year (for the past 3 years) when we pass through Mahwah on a trip north and it's always been tasty and safe for my child.

The pizza was delicious. Best gluten free crust I've had. I had the Mahwah Special Pie and the waitress already knew to order t without meatballs. I had asked to see if they could make a gluten free penne vodka pizza and they could, she double checked. Very happy and I will be back
I started with an appetizer of scallops over broccoli rabe. The scallops were cooked perfectly but the broccoli rabe was too much of the stalk part for my taste. Then came the GF Quattro Formaggi pizza. Not your typical GF crust, it was thicker, softer and chewy. One of the best I've had. 5 stars for the pizza.
AMAZINGLY gluten free pasta!!! I got the baked ziti and substituted the pasta for gf pasta (asked for it to be cooked al dente)... Delicious!!! Highly recommend the dish! I will certainly be back!
