Fantastic food! Lots of great gf options!!! I had crispy honey chicken. I haven’t had that dish in over 8 years bc nobody makes it gf!! My mom’s macadamia-encrusted Mahi was also gf & was outstanding!! (But a little pricy). We also had vegetable fried rice. I wish I lived here- I would go often. (The show & ambience was really great as well !)
Food was not fresh! Saw a roach! Place was so dark that i kept thinking there were more under my feet. Dont go! Over priced.. left over food.. overly crowded.. had a tarp on the ceiling above our tabel.. i was so ready to leave.. complete waste of money!
Don’t eat here if celiac! There are tons of things marked gluten-free on the menu but unfortunately many of them are not actually gluten-free. They use a SHARED FRYER and shared woks for all food even food that is marked GF! The kitchen manager came to the table and was shocked at what I was telling him. He seemed concerned, and they may change their ways, but right now (June 2018) it’s not safe!

Staff was knowledgeable, but I got very sick after eating there. Not sure who’s fault it was, but I’m guessing that it was an issue of cross contamination.

Staff is knowledgeable. Menu options clearly marked. Wonderful and fun atmosphere.
This was the highlight of my recent trip-- and had been looking forward to for a while! Definitely didn't disappoint! Great menu--everything was clearly marked if it was GF. I felt like there was a great variety of options. We ordered Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Pad Thai...but wanted to try so much more! Decor, show and the over all feel of the place was so fun. It is a little pricey, but worth it!
Totally recommend-- just make a reservation! :)
The Mai-Kai is amazing! They are so accommodating and are ultra celiac friendly! They have gluten free soy sauce which means most entrees on the menu are safe to eat! The large party menus are also very celiac friendly! We love this place!

food is very good. the atmosphere is fantastic, I love walking thru the garden with the kids and watching their reactions to all the Polynesian statues. The show is very entertaining.
Yes
They have a gluten free menu-with a few options and a warning of what consuming gluten can mean for a celiac. There's a list of what you can and cannot have is listed. Food was delicious and the Polynesian show was awesome! Beautiful decor and views inside.
