Theres a GF pizza crust here and its DELICIOUS, however it is a $4 up-charge. The staff were very knowledgeable about GF, and I felt comfortable eating here.

The gluten free pizza is great! I ordered the pizza with pears on it, and it was just awesome. And the cheese and nut board with gluten free bread. It was great!

My Mom, sister, and I ate at Maialina’s and we all loved it. We got the cheese and nut board and they subbed gluten free bread (it’s the pizza crust) for the crackers. We each got a different pizza and they were all delicious. The crust is unique and a bit different from a traditional pizza crust but it’s so good. It also reheats really well in the microwave. We’re all three celiacs and had no issues.

Pizza is not safe for celiac, they make and cook the gf pizzas on the same surface as regular pizzas. Salads and some antipasto dishes are the only options, even there you need to be very specific with the staff.

Staff was knowledgeable about GF. Server was GF herself. She was able to say which items were not GF. No separate GF menu and indication was only for GF crust. I am celiac and didn’t have any problems but due to other reviews and lack of more specificity in menu advise caution. Pizza was excellent. Server did declare pizza GF when bringing it out.
I told my server twice that I have celiac, and ordered GF pasta. When my food arrived I started eating it and noticed it had bread crumbs so I asked the sever to make sure it was GF and his was response was "no, my bad"
He did bring me another plate of GF pasta, but after the group I was with was done eating. When we got the bill I was still charged for the full meal plus the $3 up charge for GF pasta. I will never go back here again.
Pizzas are cooked in a communal over with wheat pizzas. No gluten free beer. Other entrées are available, just don't expect pizza. If you're sensitive all food is questionable here since they have flour wafting everywhere from the pizza dough.

I was so disappointed. They said they do gluten-free and our server seemed fairly knowledgeable. We discussed the options with our server and ordered a gluten free pizza. Pizza looked great and tasted wonderful but I started feeling funny midway through the second slice. At that point I stopped eating the pizza and let my husband finish it. As we were leaving I realized that our bill was less than I had expected and when we looked at it we realized that they hadn't charged us for a gluten free pizza, jut a regular one. I felt really ill by the time I arrived home. The restaurant was very noisy and terribly busy the night we went but that was a pretty serious mistake on their part.

I called ahead and asked if they were celiac and friendly and got the ok by the host, but when I showed up was severely disappointed after talking with the waitress. I should have had less expectations knowing it was brick oven and the dough is all made in house. There are traces of flour everywhere and with the shared oven there is no way to keep it from tracing the gluten free food. Eventually, the waitress suggested we leave since there was "probably so much flour in the air" and "our food isn't really celiac friendly."
