Food sounds great with a lot of gluten free options, but they are all mixed in the cases with items that contain gluten. Didn’t feel confident that there wouldn’t be cross contamination. Doesn’t seem very celiac friendly.

HI Heather-
there are a select few items in the case that are in a case with gluten friendly items. We have an entire grab & go freezer where the items are made, and containered and frozen immediately to insure there is zero cross contamination. The same goes for our baked goods.
We do not say we are a dedicated gluten free establishment, but as a mom of a teenager who is gluten free, you can be assured that our dedicated work spaces (tables, ovens, fryers) are gluten free. I have been told we have the largest selection of gluten free food in the area. I am confident that we are taking the correct measures, we have been doing the gluten free thing for almost 10 years without an issue, ever.

A prepared foods and caterer with an amazing variety of gluten free items including sandwiches, soups, sides, pot pies, crab cakes, baked goods, all fresh and made in house . They also have the ability to cater a full blown event gluten free !

Everything is made in house from scratch. All our sandwiches are available gluten free. All soups are gluten free. We offer grab & go dinners that are gluten free, and change daily. We have a freezer full of grab & go gf crabcakes, gf Mac & cheese, gf pot pies, gf soups. We offer daily specials such as gf soups, gf quiche, gf vegetable soufflés, gf black bean burgers, gf crabcakes, gf desserts & muffins, gf gf grassfed meatloaf.! We are full service caterers also, and capable of anything from an intimate dinner party to a sit down dinner for 300 (available gluten free of course )
We have 2 ovens, and 2 fryers , and a dedicated work table for Gluten Free.

Great gluten free options, including ready to go meals, pot pies, gf soups, Mac & cheese, egg tarts, sandwiches and more. Staff and owner are friendly and helpful. They offer private party catering also.
