It’s a rural casual restaurant that looks pretty unassuming, but they have a GF taped to the order counter. I’ve posted a photo of it.
They have GF pizza, GF baked ziti (it was great) and about ten or so GF sandwiches.
My wife (not GF) had the Italian grinder, and really liked it.

I would recommend this place for those who are gluten sensitive, since there isn’t a dedicated prep space, but they do offer gluten free pizza crust, which tastes awesome! They also have cauliflower crust available. The only issue I have had is the time they give you is usually way off, if it’s a “prime time” to order and pickup pizza, expect delays (I was told 35 mins for 2 pizzas with bread, I showed up on time and they had not started my order yet when I arrived so I stood there while they filled large orders and I waited another 30 mins for my order to be ready, (yet while I stood there waiting, no one told me my order would be another 30 mins……..)
