Good food, gluten free Udi buns and they said the soy sauce used in the Brussel sprouts is GF too. Cashier is fairly knowledgable.
The website and the checkout screen says that the sides are fried in oils that contain gluten and soy. However they assured me there is a separate fryer or gluten-free items. The risk is it is nearby the gluten-contaminated fryer, so there is risk of splatter.
