This is one of the BEST hidden gems, especially for those with gluten allergies and sensitivities to rice flours! Kim is so knowledgeable and kind. Everything gf expect for the eclairs were made with cassava flour. I have never had such a delicious variety baked goods that did not make me sick at all. I can’t recommend this enough!
