Ik heb coeliakie en heb hier al erg vaak gegeten. Het eten is overheerlijk. Ik ken geen enkel restaurant waar ik zoveel opties heb als in Maison Blanche. En het eten is overheerlijk!

Ons vaste glutenvrije adresje. Veel keuze en heel lekker. Vooraf ook glutenvrij brood en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Een zeldzame glutenvrije parel in Limburg.

Vandaag fijn gaan lunchen in Maison Blanche. Op het menu stond aangegeven wat de werkwijze is met glutenvrije gerechten in de keuken (apart keukenoppervlak, apart bestek, handen was na contact met gluten, aparte frietketel, enz). Volgens mij nemen ze alle voorzorgen die mogelijk zijn om kruisbesmetting zoveel mogelijk uit te sluiten. Op de kaart staat vermeld met een logootje welke gerechten glutenvrij aangeboden kunnen worden. Dit was zo voor bijna alle gerechten! Er was ook glutenvrij brood te verkrijgen en een glutenvrij (apart verpakt) cakeje bij de koffie. De glutenvrije spaghetti bolognese was heerlijk! Dit restaurant is zeker een aanrader.

Very good! By the coffee you also get a gluten free cookie. They know what they give.

Glutenfree breakfast is AMAZING. Variety of bread, croissants, sides… Staff very friendly and well aware about cross contamination.

90 procent van de kaart is glutenvrij mogelijk! Dit is duidelijk aangegeven op de kaart. Ze gaan erg bewust om met kruisbesmetting. Wij gaven bij reservering aan dat 1 iemand glutenvrij eet. Er was een glutenvrij hapje, glutenvrij brood, ... voorzien. Alles was erg lekker. Ze vragen een toeslag van 4 euro voor de glutenvrije service.
