If desperate, it’s worth a try! There is virtually nothing GF at HK airport, but there were some salads and fruit pots that didn’t list allergens here. Couldn’t comment on contamination but if you have nothing else, it’s worth a try!

Really difficult to find anything gluten free at Hong Kong international airport, however I did come across this cafe which had allergens marked on their salads and fruit salads, and some didn’t contain gluten as an allergen.
