Review of Maize at the Station

100 N Chestnut St, Champaign, IL 61820

Overall Rating

Review

They have said almost their entire menu is or can be made gluten free. They use a lot of corn tortillas as opposed to flour, which makes it much easier, and unique in that they have SO many options for gluten-free food. The portions are generous (I have leftovers every time). I have never gotten sick from eating there, but I will say that the food is very filling and some items are a little greasy. But I've loved everything I've tried there and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful!
