They have separate cooking grills for flour tortillas and corn tortillas. I asked them to change gloves. The food was super yummy, birria tacos. I am very sensitive and felt fine.

We had Carne Asada and Pastor tacos on handmade corn tortillas. The corn tortillas are made of a yellow corn, not like many street tacos on white corn tortillas. They were both very good.
