So yummy! Server was knowledgeable about celiac. Items were prepared separately and the sushi chef checked in with us to see if we wanted anything else made while the area was clean. Tempura items in rolls are able to be grilled instead of omitting them. Most sauces are made with tamari and are gluten free.
