Review of MAKS Asian Kitchen & Sushi

This place was absolutely amazing! They don't have a gluten free menu but all of the staff are EXTREMELY knowledgeable about what is and isn't gluten free. Most items can be made gluten free! I sat at the sushi bar and had an amazing experience with Brian and Bobby! I wanted a spicy salmon roll and even though it was not listed as gluten free Brian found a way to make it gluten free and it was absolutely delicious!!! Can't recommend this place enough!!! 11/10 will absolutely be coming back very often!!!!
