Called ahead and spoke with waiter at restaurant. Both verified availability of GF pasta, use of separate pots for cooking, and noted allergy when taking order. Waiter noted all of their sauces are GF and took time to walk me through the menu options. Also checked with the bar to verify safety of a drink order.
