Siamo andati 2 volte da mama eat lab nella nostra permanenza a roma, la prima abbiamo ordinato una pizza siciliana(con le melanzane) e dei crocchè che una volta arrivati eravamo increduli fossero senza glutine da quanto fossero buoni, simili a quelli col glutine e con una qualità di impasto che ci ha stupito. Tutti molto gentili, soprattutto Rachid che ci ha seguiti per la cena. Il bello del posto è che è molto tranquillo, piccolo e senza troppi sfarzi, si ordina al bancone e viene portato tutto velocemente. Ottima esperienza(non si deve neanche pagare il coperto). La seconda abbiamo preso il fritto di pesce impeccabile e buonissimo, la crocchetta di patate lunga 25cm alle melanzane pomodorini ecc, la pizza marinara e i friarielli accompagnati da un pane spettacolare.

I’ve been celiac for 15 years. This is by far the best GF food I’ve ever had. The best meal I’ve had in 15 years. We had a full multi course meal and enjoyed everything.

Because of all the great reviews I went here to get my last gluten free lunch before leaving Rome. I ordered a sandwich to go, but I have to say that was really disappointing. Not even that there wasn’t a sandwich, but just two pieces of baguette, it was a heap of green stuff in a bag which didn‘t taste good - and I had to eat with my fingers, because they not even packed cutlery and napkins. Sorry, I will never join them again.

AMAZING GF!! The staff was so kind and the entire dinner was extremely enjoyable. The pizza and the pasta tasted so real, it was unbelievable. The Nutella fried dough was also the perfect dessert. Definitely considering coming back during the last few days of my vacation

This dedicated gluten free restaurant is not too far from the Vatican. It offers delicious gf food for kids and adults including pastas and a large variety of tasty pizzas. It was such a relief to have amazing food and to not worry about cross contamination.

Insanely good. Possibly the best GF pizza crust on the planet. We tried about a half dozen things across two visits and everything was incredible.

Waiter told me that this is their only location that is 100%. Other location Rome have two kitchens. This makes sense as it was a smaller location. We were able to easily a table for 2 for lunch on a rainy Tuesday after visiting the Vatican.

There is only one server, who does a really good job, but is definitely overworked. I don’t know why they call this street food because it’s just basic every day Italian. I recommend the eggplant Parmesan and the carbonara. Avoid the supposedly fish and chips. The lasagna was not my favorite.

Delicious and so affordable. Best gluten free pizza I’ve had. Large pizza 7-12 euro. Close to the Vatican, great pit stop. My non gluten free partner even said he would have never known the pizza was gluten free tasted so good. This is definitely more of a sit down environment than takeaway.

Wonderful! The waitress told me that the owner has celiac disease and that’s why the whole menu is gluten free. I had the chicken strips, the carbonara and the pistachio tiramisu. So incredibly good.

We had planned for weeks to eat here after our Vatican tour, however the restaurant was blocked with chairs when we arrived. We waited and someone came to tell us 10 minutes they would be open, it was already an hour after posted opening time. Then we waited outside while they unloaded a supply truck!!! Still not offering us a seat or water or even acknowledging us! We left.

Had the pizza de marinara and you would never know it was gf crust. They were waiting for the food vendor to come in so there was no a lot of choices as they did not have the ingredients but the pizza I had was great!

In my 12 years of being coeliac it’s the first fully gluten free restaurant I have ever come across. Was even more surprised I found it in Italy 😉. Was a great experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was nice, big portions, if not slightly basic. But will take the food not being 5 star to be able to enjoy a meal with my wife in the knowledge it is all safe for me to eat and more importantly share.

Had my first gluten free beer in 12 year as am a spirits man and unfortunately they don’t sell spirits. Had a lovely night and would highly recommend for people who need GF.
