This gluten free course was AMAZING! Personalized and everything was well-done and safe. Chef Isa went above and beyond to meet the needs of our variety of dietary needs - gluten-free, no vegetarian and even one guest who doesn’t eat dairy food. We were so grateful for her attention to gluten-free needs as eating in Italy can be a challenge for a person with Celiac disease. We made delicious gluten free pasta from scratch and many other GF recipes. Definitely the best cooking classes we have taken!
