Review of Mama Isa: Cooking Classes

The week gluten free cooking course was the experience of a lifetime!

My husband and I took a week long gluten free course at Mama Isa's Cooking School.

What a wonderful cooking adventure! We both had an absolute blast.

Chef Isa told us that we would become addicted to Italy. She was right!

This is the perfect way to go.

All the details (about accommodation, gluten free recipes, meals, travel infos) are pleasantly handled by Isa.

Not only did we get to enjoy fabulous and authentic gluten free food, suggestions, and accommodation, but we got history lessons too, because the chef is a food historian!

All we had to do was enjoy...enjoy the enjoy the gluten free food and wine, enjoy cooking with great chef!

Can't wait to go again.

We've been on many trips to Italy over the years. This exploration of gluten free culture, gluten free food/wine in Italy was the most and best immersive experience we've ever had.

The chef, sous chef are such incredible people who personalize and care and make you feel part of their extended families for this very special week in Italy.
