Review of Mama Isa: Cooking Classes

I recently attended the 3 day gluten free cooking course at The Mama Isa's Cooking School. The course was very well organized, taught, accessible and hands on. The teacher was knowledgable and friendly and the food was delicious!

I appreciate the fantastic gluten free tagliatelle from scratch, pizza gluten free, fish and meat with vegetables, gf desserts and gf gelatos!

I now have a range of authentic recipes that allow me to meet my own health needs, and cook for a family without cooking different food for each of us.

I would highly recommend the course to those wishing to increase their knowledge!
