Group sizes will not exceed 4 guests!
We spent about 4-5 hours each day, cooking and talking, with wine after most of the pasta making or bread making or cooking work was done, of course.
We made and some of the classic Italian GF pastas from scratch. It was amazing.
We most appreciated being able to go over finer points of plating, finishing dishes, wines, and culinary tips/tricks.
The School has an impressive array of culinary and pasta tools and supplies.
Chef Isa did her best to give personal attention to us.
Some of what we covered (of course gluten free): stocks and risotto, fettuccine, gnocchi, focaccia, pizza, ravioli, meat and fish dishes, gelatos, tiramisu, chocolate torta caprese.
I recommend without hesitation the week long gluten free course for celiacs. Isa really terrific knowledgeable chef and working with her was a joy.
My husband and I had a fantastic time. One day would not have been enough.
